The approach of the fourth assignment contains structural and environmental optimization. Two columns carry the weight of the canopy. They are optimized with galapagos, unfortunately, the file was too slow. I think it's because of the complicated mesh. (?) The fitness is the deflection which has to be minimised. The position of the columns form the genetic input. The images show the process.
