The goal of the assignment is to optimize the canopy structurally. Karamba and Galapagos are used to achieve this goal. The structure idea is turning hexagon modules upside down as vertical structural elements. The script randomly chooses five of these modules to be vertical elements. The list indexes of these hexagon modules are the genomes. The fitness condition is to minimize displacement value of the load bearing shell to achieve the best structural performance.
